Michelle Whipple is the co-founder and lead brand strategist behind Bright Smile Digital. She helps dental practices attract the right patients, build real trust online, and grow with clarity and intention. Known for smart storytelling and bold, conversion-driven strategy, Michelle bridges the gap between beautiful branding and results that actually move the business forward.

As a founder of multiple creative agencies and a former corporate marketing director, Michelle brings both structure and creativity to everything she builds. Her work blends brand positioning, social media strategy, and scalable systems to help practices stand out, show up consistently, and turn attention into booked appointments, not just likes.

Robbi Jan is a trailblazer in dentistry, branding, and social media strategy. Beginning her career at just 11 as a dental assistant for her father, she followed in his footsteps, practicing cosmetic and pediatric dentistry as a Senior Oral Health Therapist with a dual degree in dental hygiene. She is also a qualified Orofacial Myologist. Robbi scaled her dental practice from 6 to 7 figures annually using innovative social media strategies, ultimately selling it.

Now retired from dentistry, Robbi has been a full-time content creator for 5 years with a combined 1.7 million followers. Robbi combines her expertise in branding, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship to empower others to grow transform their social media and ultimately their businesses.
